What do you like best? Platform is easy to set up, powerful, and supported by a great team. beyond impressed with support. Very knowledgeable and technical. What do you dislike? That i didn't find it sooner :). These guys do a killer job and the tool is easy and effective. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start now. worth the money. Excellent automation tool for sales prospecting and followup.
What do you like best? Reply offers incredibly easy stepped-campaign creation and testing for automated email campaigns. It also dynamically handles opt-outs and bounces. What do you like best? The UI is clean and easy to use. It does exactly what you need a drip tool to do without distracting you with unnecessary distracting features. What do you dislike? Great for personalized followups and adding value to prospects on my email list
What do you like best? Reply is the lifeblood of my prospecting system. It helps me followup with potential clients in a personalized way. Having it as an automated system is priceless. I literally enroll new prospects into my campaigns every week and have the ability to gauge who is interested and who isn't, without having to spend hours writing emails myself. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Reply has helped us save 10+ hours a week in setup and tracking of our weekly email campaigns. The interface is extremely user-friendly and easy to learn. What do you like best? I really like how the program manages everything that I would never be able to keep track of, like following up on certain days for one campaign and a different day for another. What do you like best? Easy to work with, helpful bot available for questions, easy to save and search templates, able to use Reply resources to make sure email isn't lengthy. Tracking emails is also a plus. What do you dislike? Seems like you cant set up emails for a week in advance/more. Good platform, good support
What do you like best? I like that live chat, they get answers to you pretty quickly. This used to be a problem, but they've clearly solved it. The UX is great, pretty simple. What do you dislike? How much clicking/testing/back and forth you need to do. Not much else. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm scaling at a rate I wouldn't be able to any other way.

Good experience
What do you like best? It is good at being able to send bulk emails to potential clients without being identified as spam. What do you dislike? I found it a little difficult to understand how to use in beginning but support was good and they managed to teach me how to use it correctly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to outreach to potential clients in a personalized way.

Easy Set Up. Easy to Work with. Slow Software. Not Robust.
What do you like best? Very easy to set up and work with. No knowledge needed. What do you dislike? The software is super slow. Takes a page up to a minute to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cold email marketing. We've been successfully be able to use their platform to do that.
