Solid Outbound Prospecting With Great Support
What do you like best? Reply is a full-featured platform Outbound ESP with great support. What do you dislike? The ramp-up time for casual users is a bit more than simple platforms. Because it has full global-level control (e.g. you can throttle email sends and delays from a sequence level) it can override individual user controls, which can be confusing for casual users, but at the same time extremely powerful if you're an admin looking to manage overall email volumes and sends. ...

Game changing for business
What do you like best? The higher open and action rates. Also, Reply does a good job of knowing which replies are positive and negative which makes my job much easier. Once you have a sequence set up its easy to turn it on forget about it and let it run. What do you dislike? It can take a hot minute to learn the system. There are some nuances like the outbox report that doesn't seem to be accurate sometimes. Understanding the email outbox schedule can be a little tricky and take a ...

Email campaigns made simple
What do you like best? I like the simplicity of setting up a multi-step campaign that runs automatically once created. What do you dislike? I dislike the lack of a calendar for scheduling the emails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to reach as many people as quickly and efficiently as possible. Reply.io makes this pretty simple.

An outreach game-changer!
What do you like best? We were able to scale our prospect outreach in ways we were never able to do before! It also has flexible automation rules that are key to enhancing productivity. What do you dislike? The task manager needs some work. When creating and completing tasks, you need to manually add them to a contact profile since it doesn't sync automatically. View also only allows for one month out. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for basic emails, ...

Makes it easy to align marketing and sales outreach
What do you like best? Having access to email performance and tracking analytics for the sales them and being able to share campaigns and email templates across the team. Both features have allowed us to optimize our outreach efforts and grow our pipeline. What do you dislike? The Salesforce integration is not fully compatible with our salesforce org and requires some workarounds and manual entry. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

reply.io has saved me SO much time!
What do you like best? Personalized emails and custom fields! There is also support who will even help review your first round of email pitches to get you started. What do you dislike? The campaigns will randomly turn off, there's spacing after my email signature, and any requests for updates are put in a list and no matter how obvious the update should be, it takes volumes of others to put in the same request. Recommendations to others considering the product: I don't use a ...

Best emailing platform I've used!
What do you like best? I've used many emailing platforms - and decided to go with Reply.io. This is because: 1) their customer service is amazing. Seriously, they reply in seconds with custom solutions and in-depth answers to any questions. 2) their platform has an amazing AI feature which checks the "spamminess" of your emails - this feature alone is worth their fee. 3) their platform is easy to navigate and intuitive. 4) Reply.io lets you navigate how often your emails come out - ...
