Good tool for Outbound Campaigns
What do you like best? It's very easy to use and provides suggestions for improvement in the subject, body copy, and overall email performance. What do you dislike? Reporting can be improved. At times I have got false data in my campaign reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation of outbound email campaigns. I did save a lot of time and got better results with this automation.

Outreach automation made intuitive
What do you like best? I love how simple & quick I learned the platform & was able to get campaigns up and running, with great results too. The ability to AB test is very important to me as well. Their customer support team is also insanely quick to answer questions on live chat, which is greatly appreciated. What do you dislike? Can't really say anything to be honest. Note, I strictly use Reply for outreach email campaign automation, I do not use it for scheduling phone calls. ...

Impactful service and great support
What do you like best? Reply makes it very easy to reach our target market and engage our audience in a simple way through our own email address. There is still a human element to reply, while it does automate the process, there is 100% a human involved with nearly every step of the process. What do you dislike? I wish verification and getting your accounts setup to not be flagged was more apparent. This is something you learn as you begin to build and send your sequences. Knowing ...

Happy Customer
What do you like best? Simple to understand and use - helpful by showing best practice. What do you dislike? It tops out at 400 emails a day per email account so you have to create more email addresses to scale. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do the free trial. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Brand awareness - signing up new clients.

By my 2nd or 3rd email I was already getting responses and closing new clients! I would highly recommend this program to any business trying to grow their sales. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike about this program. I have yet to find something I dislike. Recommendations to others ...

Great experience with Reply.io - Easy to send mass media campaigns
What do you like best? I've been using Reply.io from the last 6 months and it's great. It makes everything quite easy if you have to send out mass emails. Noticed it is quite easy to use as well and like to interface. What do you dislike? I think overall not so much to dislike. Maybe few things: Sometimes the interface is a bit slow. When there is a campaign with high bounce rates - it stops and doesn't send any more emails so you have to create a new one What problems are you ...

Quick fast implementation and the system is very intuitive to use, making it easy to get going.

The adding of a signature can be tricky to get it what you want it to be but not a major drawback at all What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
