What do you like best? Reply's support staff are attentive to helping you level up your skills with their product. I never had to wait long for a decent answer or clarification. The software itself is well designed to get the job done and the tool works. What do you dislike? There's some work that needs to be done with its search capabilities and how someone might organize long term sequences. Customer service is unhelpful and…

Customer service is unhelpful and marketing is misleading. An example- They advertised COVID-19 support on their website in the form of a discount. This was positioned as a helping hand for businesses in need. However, only new customers are eligible for the discount. In short they are using an unfortunate event like COVID-19 to frame their sales effort.

What do you like best? Reply hooks into gmail so that I can send sequences reliably. It's good at the core function of sending sequences, throttling, handling auto-replies. What do you dislike? The salesforce integration is very basic. Having contacts "owned" by particular members can result in clunkiness.
