Great UI and Simple to Learn!

What do you like best? I am used to using Outreach at my previous companies and it costs a lot more money. Reply can do almost everything Outreach can do at a smaller cost and they have really amazing features unique to them. Through using their Linkedin email pull I have been able to close a few deals with new prospects and have some large one in my pipeline. What do you like best? I like its simple UI and email campaign templates. As someone who didn't have much experience creating email campaigns, I was able to get started quickly. What do you dislike? I wish the 'Small Team' plan was a bit cheaper or there was an option to add just one more team member— going from 1 to 2 instead of 1 to 3. What do you like best? Being able to 'one-and-done' campaigns is really useful, as it allows you to plan your content and pro-actively engage with target prospects without taking the manual effort. What do you dislike? The Name2Email plug-in isn't the most accurate for pulling email addresses, but with so many other tools out there, it isn't a huge problem at all. Best Cold Email I've used, but still could be better

What do you like best? The sentiment analysis is helpful when writing emails and the reporting is solid! What do you dislike? Not a huge fan of the integrations, they could definitely improve. What do you like best? Their user interface is really well done. We have been using Reply.io to reach out to contacts in the LinkedIn industry, and it has been going very well. What do you like best? Analytics on open rates and reply rates are extremely helpful. I also like the email templates they offer. The Zapier Integration between pipedrive and reply is a game changer!
