Very user friendly and amazing customer care
What do you like best? I really like the UI/UX experience: very intuitive, simple and efficient. The customer care is always ready to help you and also from the reporting point of view I would say is very useful: you have everything you need at the first sight. They also provide a Google Chrome extension that still needs some improvements but for the rest I also use the integration with Sales Force and it works perfectly. I would indeed recommend Reply. I have been working on this for quite sometime. It's a great tool to have when it comes to outbound.
What do you like best? The Reports section is the best among all other categories. What do you dislike? There's nothing like any dislikes but yes sometimes tool lag once in a long while can be fixed in short time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been using it to channelize my sales outbound for the North American region. It's an automated tool which saves a lot of time.

Most complete and stable outreach tool on the market
What do you like best? Easiness of use, data tracking and synch What do you dislike? Reply doesn't allow you to focus on awareness and synch with linkedin. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing MRR/ARR drastically through outreach. Limiting sales team efforts such that they can concentrate on prospects who show intent rather than spend time on cold leads.

Robust platform
What do you like best? Reply has made it easy to send out all sorts of canvassing campaigns and we've been particularly pleased with the tracking and reporting features. The campaign set-up is easy to understand and the platform itself is fairly intuitive overall. Also love the new LinkedIn integration and addition of a LinkedIn follow-up step in the sequence. Very useful and easy to use
What do you like best? So happy to use reply.io as it saves me time with sending follow-up emails, I like the way everything set up, user-friendly platform with customer support that replies pretty fast. I also like that I can create as many sequences I want, the team gets suggestions about the limits in the beginning so you avoid being "blocked". What do you dislike? Great tool + great customer service
What do you like best? Easy sequence builder. Built in email verification to help with deliverability. Customer service has been great with onboarding us and getting us familiar with the platform. What do you dislike? Not a lot. Easier exporting of reports and more options with Zapier updates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The manual task of sending out emails.
