Great platform with awesome support!

What do you like best? Very nice UI and easy to navigate. I really appreciate the instant response from their support within the platform. They were very helpful and friendly. The platform is very easy to learn. What do you dislike? I would like to have an option to add exclusion list to the particular send. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Outreach and cold emailing campaigns.

What do you like best? Reply makes email outreach with personalized very easy. I like most of the tracking features as well. Their customer service team is very good at responding within to issues within minutes. What do you dislike? Sometimes the platform bugs out (as any platform) however the team is able to fix issues relatively quickly. Would be nice to be able to verify all email addresses as they are being uploaded into the platform to reduce the risk of emails bouncing. ...

What do you like best? It's very intuitive and easy to use without being super technical. The analytics are great as are the library of useful templates. What do you dislike?
