Amazing tech
What do you like best? Ease of usage, there are few other choices, the way Reply.io works with simplicity. It way ahead of any other solutions in its category. What do you dislike? I wish the limitation of extractions were a little easier. Slab of the price point vs gain is good, won't mind better slab at same price point :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ease of connecting and sending multiple personalized emails at one ...

Clean and Effective Drip Campaigns
What do you like best? Set it and forget it. I take some time up front to set up my sequences exactly as I want them. Then I schedule it and walk away. All of the work is happening in the background while I'm doing other important work on my business. I can pop in from time to time to check the progress in the Stats tab. Simple. What do you dislike? There's a learning curve to the software, so you have to commit to understanding it. But the chat function has been really helpful. ...

Solid sales solution
What do you like best? We have mainly used Reply for outbound sales email campaigns and for this the solution is great. We love the built in A/B testing, flexible scheduling and metrics that are available at scale. What do you dislike? Our team uses Hubspot as our main CRM and marketing platform so an integration to Hubspot would be a plus. We have managed all needed functionality by linking Reply and Hubspot via Zapier. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Very effective tool with some minor glitches/bugs
What do you like best? Easy to use and gets our message right to the inbox. The multiple integrations available via Zapier are also a nice touch and extremely useful. What do you dislike? The platform does have some frustrating bugs, in particular navigating between different pages/parts of the tool sometimes takes an unusually long time and requires a hard-refresh of the page. It's not a huge issue, but it can get a bit frustrating and impact your workflow. Recommendations to ...

Solid and straightforward sales lead management
What do you like best? The integration directly with Google so that it comes directly from your inbox is really powerful. It has most of the features needed without any of the hassle of the larger scale programmes it competes with What do you dislike? Beware when you are due a password change of your Google account. It will turn off your Reply sequences and it's not obvious... your emails may not be getting sent What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Great support
What do you like best? Support and UI are both top-notch compared to other email automation software I've used in the past. What do you dislike? There's nothing that comes to mind when I try to think of negatives for Reply What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adding automatic replies and follow-ups to inbound leads has almost doubled our response rate

Great tool!
What do you like best? I am using Replay for a short time to capture emails on LinkedIn and what the program offers us perfectly meets my need. The after sales was very satisfactory and the support too. What do you dislike? Perhaps increase the capacity to send e-mails over time and the chat response. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed information and guidance on the best use of Replay.io and was promptly answered ...

Great Business Generator
What do you like best? Easy to use dashboard and interface. Clear graphics and metrics What do you dislike? Hard to take a break from the subscription if needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look at all the features and see which would benefit you most. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have won business with companies we would not have otherwise been able to work with

Enjoying using the product, good customer support
What do you like best? Customer support Interface and ability to navigate around the software The email templates and Reply's help/analysis in scoring your email and suggesting what could be better What do you dislike? The app doesn't pick up that maybe people - maybe 40-50% If the respondent doesn't have images enabled on their email then you can't tell if the emails been opened (same with other providers) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Making sales/event invites easier!
What do you like best? This has been a great tool for me! I have been able to get emails sent a little easier for my sales and event invites. Being a small business, a lot of the other services that are out there did not makes sense for us and Reply had everything that we needed! What do you dislike? A little tricky to figure out and get running. I also am not able to add people to an email campaign if they are already in one, even if it has been completed.. maybe I need to do some ...
