What do you like best? Extremely user friendly and easy to learn. The metrics and reporting allow for quick and efficient monitoring. What do you dislike? Sequence scheduling can be confusing. Other tools we've used have been better for this however Reply out-ranks all competitors on all other aspects. Also, sometimes sequences can freeze or bounces don't get detected by the system. What do you like best? Customized email sequences and automation made easy. Email tracking stats and showing how to write better emails is also helpful. The layout and integration with CRM systems is key in saving time and tracking emails and keeping data together. You should get this tool if you need to save your sales team time and keep it nimble. I've tried many tools but Reply beats them all!

What do you like best? I love how simple the dashboard is to use! You can set up a campaign to run for a whole month in less than 5 minutes. Not only this but, the way it split tests and shows you the best performing results in just a few clicks outdoes every other tool that I have tried. The support team respond swiftly and when I had an issue connecting my email they went to crazy lengths including written tutorials, videos and 1-1 support to make sure it was sorted.
