What do you like best? Being able to reliably send a large amount of emails and follow ups is invaluable. The flexibility of form fields and scheduling is great, and the intelligence to stop campaigns for folks that reply to emails is a life saver. What do you dislike? Easy to use, great support

What do you like best? I signed up but didn't get enough feedback so Reply.io was able to give me a 2nd trial period. The sales manager helped me write some good emails, taught me how to use A/B testing and I got great results. What do you dislike? Reply.io doesn't integrate with my CRM, but we use proprietary software. This isn't Reply's fault, but I really wish the data went automatically. As a work around, I wish I could export a CSV of my results and notes. ...

Great platform for mass-mailing.

What do you like best? My team and I are pleased with sequences-building abilities and statics of on-going processes. What do you dislike? On rare occasions we got issues with some tools but Reply team always solve it asap. Besides platform is developing every day so we are looking forward to continue cooperation.
