Great Email Platform

What do you like best? The data filtering, pretty much can slice your data to what you feel is best. What do you dislike? The Tasks, while I get the intention, don't seem to flow too well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing our email campaigns and really honing in on which email verbiages get the best responses.

The best email tool if you have Outlook

What do you like best? It's really easy to create campaigns and the effort required is minimal. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system has problems but the support team is really on point What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can send 10x the emails I use to, hence book 10x the appointments I use to

Great to speed up sales outbound campaigns

What do you like best? Simplicity of use, LinkedIn integration, proofreading. It's a perfect solution for a small sales team that relies on outbound activities to sell. It has become probably the most used tool together with LinkedIn SN for my daily activities. Everything you need to focus on your task is there. What do you dislike? The dashboard is not the most intuitive one and requires probably too many clicks. It's also not possible to move a person back to a step in case you ...

I've tried Snovio and Woodpecker as well and I think reply.io is worth investing in. Wished it could ...

Reply has streamlined my Sales Process considerably

What do you like best? This really helps the process of mass-emailing, but maintain the personable interaction that you don't get with other platforms like Mailchimp. What do you dislike? I find that it can be quite clunky in eliminating contacts who have asked to be removed, only for them to be included in the next sequence. I would ultimately prefer for Reply.Io to completely manage this on its own. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommended for ...

Great design and interface, but clunky to adopt.

What do you like best? Replys interface is very clean and intuitive. Easy to use once you adopt their best practices for the platform. Overall a useful experience for our small sales team that was looking for a streamlined first step towards building sales outreach at our startup. The sequencing tool is very customizable and easy to duplicate and A/B test. What do you dislike? Options for manual touches and personalizations are limiting. Reply was definitely meant for ...
