Good UI but linkedin features could be improved
What do you like best? The UI, contact management and email sequence features are easy to configure. What do you dislike? For linkedin sequences, you have to have the prospect's email address. Most of the time I don't, so I have to manually enter a placeholder address. This also means that I have to manually enter prospects into reply instead of using the browser plugin, so I wait until a linkedin connection is made before doing this. A great way for cadence conversation with customers
What do you like best? I love the ability to create a cadence for prospects and the ability to move them based on where the prospect is set and forget until you get a response. It is also great in helping you keep track of when you should implement phone calls along with emails. I might add that the feature to identify working emails is also very handy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are so many options and settings that help to setup the best ever outreach campaign. Great reporting and integrations with different CRMs. ULTRA fast and responsive support. Quality check tool for the email content helps to review and polish email sequences. Dependable and Intuitive system for email marketing
What do you like best? Support is amazing. The dashboards are easy to use and understand. Super Easy to learn and the support team are amazing. Easily to implement and set up What do you dislike? Reliable tool with great support, and new helpful features being released all the time
What do you like best? I love the Chrome extension that allows me to add people to my database from anywhere I am online. The auto-fill LinkedIn integration with the extension is also great. I appreciate how easy it is to create and manage email campaigns. And the support team is top notch -- very knowledgeable, and they answer very quickly. What do you dislike? Great tool for SDR with clear and light UI
What do you like best? The way how easy I can handle prospect bases. I mean, group them, move from one to another sequence. The best UI I ever met. I like the way how can I use templates, filter and segmenting audiences (prospects), create threads and follow-ups. What do you dislike? What do you like best? that the emails hit inbox and not promotions or spam folder, the ease to get emails sent out and automate. What do you like best? Has helped us improve our meetings booked by more than 100%. Easy to use and automated next-steps that you can set up on a campaign make our business development process much smoother and more efficient.
