Good outbound email system. Almost great.
What do you like best? Reply has almost all of the features I would want in an outbound email system. It really has the right idea. The execution of the UX and the small features is a bit lacking. Great platform for campaigns

The best sales person as a software!!!
What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to get setup, all the required integrations. What do you dislike? Pricing is a bit high for start-ups but great functionality overall. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to negotiate on pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a tech start-up and do not have a large sales team and using reply.io is the best thing we can have at an affordable price.

Great outbound sales tool
What do you like best? The user experience is great. Very easy to use and if you have any questions - their online support team is available very quickly. What do you dislike? The price could be a bit friendlier for solo entrepreneurs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to reach out to a lot of companies and quickly qualify them faster than manually emailing individuals and following up.

A very powerful tool for sales outreach, but also an amazing support team that is ready to help!
What do you like best? I love the customer support, They are very quick to respond and have a great knowledge base about sales outreach. What do you dislike? The chrome extension for scraping emails is not the best. In my opinion you should stick to what you're good at. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to scale our sales numbers without having to physically scale our sales team.

What do you like best? Great tool for cold outreach, email automation and email tracking. Customer service is great. Interface is quite good. What do you dislike? Lack of integration with some CRMs, price is not cheap, sometimes it can be slow What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
