Super easy email sending - was exactly what we needed
What do you like best? Easy to use interface that does its job really well What do you dislike? Wish it had more LinkedIn/Call automation Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to be able to reach out to a large number of people via email and have them all enrolled in a sequence.

Very easy to admin, affordable and effective
What do you like best? Simplicity, outlook integration, stats, cost What do you dislike? Would like to have multiple email accounts be able to send replies to a single account. Signature component would be nicer if you could cut and paste your sig as in outlook into reploy.io. Recommendations to others considering the product: Very simple to admin, affordable and very effective. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Overall, good effective software.
What do you like best? The simplicity of the interface. It does one thing very well rather than trying to be a crm. What do you dislike? I did run into some errors (campaigns not stopping once a person replied) that led to a few embarrassing situations. I'm hoping this has since been fixed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cold Email Outreach.

Very good and simple platform
What do you like best? The simple and easy to use interface. Social media integrations for outreach sequences make this a better way to engage. The scheduler makes it really easy to control outreach and not have unwanted delivery days and times. What do you dislike? Issues with email connectivity. Images are not enabled by default you have to reach out to have that option activated for email sequences. Tasks alerts are only visible within the task tab and cannot be ...

Excellent customer service and follow through
What do you like best? Reply.IO platform is user friendly and it's incredibly easy to start a conversation with Reply.IO support to get the help you need via the chat feature. What do you dislike? No phone support and sometimes requested features do not exist on the platform, but Reply.IO does what they can to take feedback/requests into consideration. Recommendations to others considering the product: Read their blog on their website for insightful content and more ...

An easy-to-use and highly effective sales outreach tool
What do you like best? It's a plug-and-play tool that you can start using within minutes (and a few easy setup steps). It provides all of the outreach functionality including email templates and pre-built sequences so you can get started instantly. The results have been great and it works with Zapier which makes life a lot easier from a sales and marketing ecosystem (stack) perspective. What do you dislike? There really isn't anything I can think of. It ticks all the right boxes ...

Easy to use, powerful and efficient
What do you like best? The automatic and live feedback on email quality and chance to get an answer. The simplicity of use of the various features. What do you dislike? You cannot manage plan changes/payment upfront. The chrome extension to identify email on LinkedIn is a great idea, but the tool is not fully efficient yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are writing in English, try to follow the automatic content quality evaluation. It works. ...

A great tool to stay organized, scale outreach, and get analytics on how campaigns are performing.
What do you like best? Ability to get a global view of multiple user accounts and create campaigns for multiple users. What do you dislike? Inbox capability is still early and does not have a view with a combined team inbox yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to scale outreach campaigns and reach new customers.

Outbound on autopilot, made easy
What do you like best? It's easy to use with a smart UI, being able to schedule emails to be sent using different time zones is also great. Salesforce integration is also very useful, allow us to track all activity on a lead when seeing them run all the way to conversion. Reply is what I'd generally rank as the industry leader in this type of software, having tried many. Their support team is vert quick to respond to any issues. What do you dislike? Lack of stats - unable to export ...
