They are great, bit pricey but we use them.
What do you like best? Sequence, it is amazing. It allows you to just get the file moving in the pipeline even when the customer ghosts you. What do you dislike? The API is somewhat weak. We had another product we used you for and never received API keys (it was omniAuth). Lee promised us and forgot. (( What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to speak to our lenders, they are lazy, following up is the best way of working there.

Reply.io for automation
What do you like best? The best part about Reply is the ability to via and act on on the activity generated during a campaign. You can take a CSV of opens/replys etc and ensure that consultants are following up to generate activity. What do you dislike? The only thing I would add to this is the fact that it does not integrate with our chosen CRM. In all fairness. That can't be a fault towards Reply What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Simple, Straighforward, and Robust Email Outreach App

Gophr Lts review of Reply.io
What do you like best? The automation and ability to have multiple users, emails campaigns. What do you dislike? The UI could be better, at times its a little clunky but better than most nonetheless. Sometimes the loading is also a bit slow for the platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: Improve the Ui to make it clearer.
