What do you like best? I really appreciate the simplicity of using Reply. What do you dislike? Some features are not easy to understand but the Customer Support Team is great and always go above and beyond to resolve any issues/questions that I have. What do you like best? I use email finder of the linkedin extensions and sequences to send an automated emaisl to my prospects. After adding the contats from the extension new contactscan be added directly to the current email sequence as well. Sequence can be created among emails, phone call, linkedin and task and can be assigned to varioud team members. What do you dislike? Amazing Email Service

What do you like best? I love how simple and intuitive Reply is to use. Also, support team is amazing. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Can't test product, support is lacking

I haven't even been able to test the product yet since for the past 5 weeks support has been kicking my ticket back and forth to each other with no answers or solutions. They keep making the same requests for changes which is extremely annoying. Everytime someone passes my ticket off to another member it feels like I have to start all over again and they don't bother to see that what they are requesting being changed was already requested (and completed) in the past.The product looks ...

Email Marketing Made Easy

What do you like best? The platform makes it easy to not only find most prospect's emails but also the integration into LinkedIn Sales Navigator makes it much easier to go between the two. What do you dislike? The limitations on the number of allowed emails for sequences. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made it very much easier to do email marketing campaigns and finding contact emails.
