Useful software for easy sales.

What do you like best? Auto-email sending and sequencing. These two come in handy when running sales campaigns and make the platform seamless. What do you dislike? Creator restrictions and sequencing clearances are not fully useful and can get in the way of the process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? What I like the most is the easy way that I can make prospection w/ the tool. It helps me a lot. What do you dislike? What I don't like is the limit of e-mails that I can send per day, because most of the CRM's that I've used in the past always haven't had that low limitation. What do you like best? The Reply is simple, intuitive, easy to start using. Some perks attached (free credits) were useful as well. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike so far. Maybe later)) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The delivery and accceptance rate is much better as compared to rivals. This "slow" algorythm of sending mails helps a lot.

Email Marketing and Outreach Made Easy

What do you like best? The platform makes it easy to not only find most prospect's emails but also the integration into LinkedIn Sales Navigator makes it much easier to go between the two. What do you dislike? The limitations on the number of allowed emails for sequences. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made it very much easier to do email marketing campaigns and finding contact emails.

Efficient tool for cold mailing / follow-up campaigns

What do you like best? The tool is intuitive to use, features like A/B Testing are pretty straightforward to set in place and measure, the support team is cool and reactive. What do you dislike? Some features/options are missing, for instance if someone replies to you and Reply doesn't detect it there is no way to log it yourself. AI that analyzes your mail content only supports english. Sequences that are suspended above 15% bounce rate ;-). What problems are you solving ...

Reply is a the best tool for prospecting

Reply is a the best tool for prospecting automation. We have tried some others, but definitely, we are staying with reply. Also the extension make it so easy to add contacts, with emails, directly to a sequence.
