What do you like best about Reply? Reply has a very easy to understand interface . You can quickly add your information and set up campains. Plus it has templates to help you get started. For people who aren't very tech savvvy, you wont feel overwhelmed by using Reply because it is very straightforward. The groups for templates is pretty sweet as well. Amazing product and support Team

I have been working with Reply for more than 6 months so far and recently purchased license for 6 more months. Email Campaigning

What do you like best? Functionality and ease of use. It works whilst you're working on other tasks. What do you dislike? Once an email bounces, and you've provided a new correct email it doesn't seamlessly go back in to the sequence. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for targeted campaigns What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good visibility of targets and their interaction with the contact sent.
