Good product, great customer support

PROS: I've had the best customer service experience with Rent Manager because they're always available to answer questions or help me resolve issues. CONS: None right now. Also because their updates occur on a regular basis.

PROS: I like that it's easy to use, which is an advantage for our business. CONS: It would be helpful if it can easily integrate with related tools on property management.

What do you like best about Rent Manager? You can easily run the finances and business management of 30+ properties, but still have enough detail to send individual emails to a specific resident while using the software.

What do you like best about Rent Manager? Rent Manager is incredibly flexible, while also being very user friendly. The capabilities of the system are unmatched, and they are still very actively developing the software and adding new features.

Excellent tool for property managers!

Not only all the integrations RM offers (online applications, online payments, App-managed move out inspections, to name a few I personally use) make the process of managing properties easy, but also the customer service offered on real time over the phone, covering all topics (from minor scripting, owner statements and to financial statements -with accounting knowledgeable CS-) make RM an essential tool in managing my properties.

What do you like best about Rent Manager? It's easy to use and navigate if you understand the system and how the system works. Also, customer service is fast and efficient. Whenever there's a problem with the system, the technician was able to resolve it all the time.
