What do you like best about Rent Manager? I have worked in the manufactured housing industry, using Rent Manager, for more than 15 years. In that time frame, I have watched London Computer Systems continually expand and develop this software to suit the needs of not just our industry but also those in apartment, single family, sheds, storage, and parking rentals--just to name a few. The ability to customize the software to meet our individual needs is a huge asset .

Its a complex online system.

Its a complex online system. i tried it for 3 months spent allot of money on trying it and after 3 months that it didn't work for me Rent Manager wouldn't refund me a dollar, they have a expensive initial fee + they want to charge for them to show you how the system works.... unless you own 500+ units id say try a different system.
