Software doesn't work, support useless
I signed up for the trial, and it would not work on my MacBook. I am looking for an alternative for my company as we are moving from LogMeIn, which is so expensive. Better than logmein
What do you like best? Easy to use, excellent app. Customer service was very helpful. Great price point. What do you dislike? Very effective product. A reminder to disable automatic computer shutoff or lock screen would have been helpful for being able to connect, but it was easily solved. Easy but not user friendly
What do you like best? It is very easy to set up, free for one user. What do you dislike? Copy and paste is a nightmare in RemotePC. EVERY TIME you try to copy, the system will pop out a message tells you that "You can paste it to the local computer". Imaging you are creating a Excel file, how many time you will use copy and paste functions? It gets really annoying later on. Also, when pasting, the format will not get pasted, only the text. Convenient and easy service
What do you like best? If I am unable to get to the house or away from the office, I can easily access this from any computer for direct access. Great tool for virtual collaboration
What do you like best? I really like that if I am out of town and away from my computer I can access my files from my travel laptop. I also like that I can invite colleagues to have access to files that we are collaborating on and work on it live. What do you dislike? It is a bit pricey. Great product to use if you are a individual working employee
What do you like best? I work from client and home location and I have dual laptop and RemotePC is easy to help me connect my home and work in one sync. Whenever I think about cloud technology I think this is worth to use.
