Poor. CPU usage kept randomly going up to 100% for no reason - discovered it was Remote PC.Uninstalled and killed my account - only to find that it still has some parts installed that are causing my machine to have a kernel panic. Useless.

Very poor software and worse support.You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault.No usb redirectionUseless support.Stutters and generally slow compared to others

Refund request ignored

After installing the software, it quickly became apparent that it would not work for my needs (you need to install the software on the PC you will be remoting to; knowing the IP info of the PC is not enough).I made a refund request a week ago which has been ignored.
