What do you like best? This is one of the best tools we've found for handling client reporting and gathering useful SEO, SEM and SMM information all in the one place. What do you dislike? There are still some features that use US-based research tools which makes some of the keyword data a little less relevant to us Australians, but the rest of the tools are excellent. Raven makes it easy to manage multiple accounts for multiple clients without having to continually log in and out, it pulls a huge range of data sources together into one place and, probably best of all, makes it simple to create impressive branded reports for clients. What do you like best? I love the ability to schedule reports for my clients. It's incredible! After I have finished fine tuning exactly who I want to receive it, and the frequency of those messages, I can sit back and watch the magic. It is fairly well made in terms of those who will use it for the first time. It is clean, fast, and performs how I need it to. What do you dislike? Oh, I have a hard time with the learning curve.
