Great tool to measure web and social media traffic

What do you like best? I like that I can retweet and reply from the system. I also like the reporting system; it's very easy to create a template and have reoccurring reports automatically generated for you. What do you dislike? I wish that it had sentiment reporting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to quickly and easily generate reports. Makes me look good.
