User interface is a little clunky and hard to navigate, especially if you have lots of active sites. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It lets you connect a wide variety of different networks and can generate interactive and/or downloadable reports that you can pass along. You can even brand them, which is quite useful. What do you dislike? LinkedIn is a pain to keep connected, I think due to the website's API. However, it's still rough to keep it connected. You also can't simply upload a picture, you ...

What do you like best? The reporting tool is what we were really looking for. Raven presents beautifully structured reports. We've had some issues connecting a few tools, but I mostly blame this on Google. The Raven team has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting our reports up and running.
