It lets you connect a wide variety of different networks and can generate interactive and/or downloadable reports that you can pass along. You can even brand them, which is quite useful. What do you like best? The reporting tool is what we were really looking for. Raven presents beautifully structured reports. We've had some issues connecting a few tools, but I mostly blame this on Google. The Raven team has been extremely responsive and helpful in getting our reports up and running.
