Fantastic product

Make more money and get promoted!
Buy it yourself if your company will allow you to use it...you will make more $ or get promotions! As a salesman and now manager, I've found that my career has benefitted greatly using Quotewerks and ACT! in combination. Most company software designs are for managerial reports and invoicing. Quotewerks is designed to make YOUR job easier and faster. If you only receive 20% of what you quote...you loose 80% of valuable info in most company software.

Cannot sync live
Cannot sync live, products and prices. Inventory sync with Quick Books cannot get to work. Tech support poor. Looking for other programs....

Programme good and versatile but the "Help" information is appallingly bad. One enters simple queries and it produces completely random and irrelevant answers.

Flexible Quoting Solution
This program has a seldom-found flexibility to adapt according to a specific need. It is more difficult to find a product that is suitable for a manufacturer's representative firm. After extensive searching and trying several products, I have selected QuoteWerks and am most happy with the results.

Inconsistent Double-Click
I wish a double-click would only select an item. Sometimes it opens a dialog box. Inconsistent with itself and the Windows GUI.

We have been single user license owners for almost twenty years, and I can state categorically that QuoteWerks knows their customers needs extremely well. The application is rock solid, and their support is A1.
