Great configurable quoting solution
Great configurable quoting solution. To take the product forward they need to spend more time on integrations especially with e-commerce platforms (eg: woo commerce, magento, etc) and inventory management solutions and project management solutions.

We have a good experience with QuoteWerks however with some drawbacks due to the fact we use ACT! crm which has limited development from QuoteWerks side and also the ACT! has been developed with contact orientation only. Our main concern is regarding the data link limitation as we are not able to link fields from QuoteWerks in direction to ACT!. This means that for the future our Company needs to migrate to another CRM software which will take time and money for us. We are too small to ...

Good software with great service
I was recommended this software from another company. Once you spend a little time you'll find it easy to use. We use the Standard Edition.ProsCost effective, full of features, easy to upgrade new releases, integrates nicely with our CRM for quotes and and opportunities. Outstanding customer service in the USAConsDesigning your own print/pdf layout can be a bit challenging, watching the YouTube videos was helpful. Many great features in Quotewerks, some improvements are pending
Many great features in Quotewerks, but I think it suffers from a GUI develpped in the 80s, the feel a look is many times not intuitive, and some of the screens, field sizes and templates cannot be easily customizable by the end users, like many other programs allow. The program has improved the way we used to quote, and it does a very good job at that. You must enter the oppotunities in QW vs in your CRM and I wish it would allow for the first as well, in terms of the work flow. I have ...
