QuickFile - easy to use and great for start up businesses
For a small start up business with low funds and limited transactions, QuickFile provides all that we need to manage our books and VAT commitments to HMRC (including direct upload of VAT returns to HMRC). Our accountant is able to access the account in order to complete our end of year statements. On top of that it's really easy to use for an amateur such as myself and reconciliation of bank statements with transactions is very straightforward.

Easy to use

The system is user friendly
The system is user friendly. It is perfect for the kind of business we do. Simple and it works! I will be able to share more when i use it often, but for now, im very happy with Quickfile!

Intuiative
Intuiative, straight forward and has all the elements I need - generating invoices, tracking payments, automatic VAT quarterly returns. Highly recommended.

A?C made easier
Made life more easy although sometimes the headings for accounts do not necessarily apply to sports clubs and the like where we have different catagories.

Great software for freelancers
As a freelancer, finances are tough to manage. I have little time to sort them, and any time doing so is time away from earning. Quick File has made this process far easier and quicker. The best feature is being able to invoice in different currencies, which my previous accounting software couldn't do. This is super helpful when working with international clients.

Fab for Free!
For a free-to-use service, this is fantastic. I am newly self-employed and completely new to invoicing, but I am able to use my Quick Files account to manage my basic needs.
