I canceled this subscription the…
I canceled this subscription the beginning of Novembe 2021. My account shows that the subscription is canceled. Please remove the charge for the new year that was placed on November 28, 2021 for $55.63. I actually stopped using the service last year even though I already paid for it. I’m a senior soon to be 77 years old. I don’t want this anymore. Please, please. please do not charge me for 2022. Please refund the money asap. Thank you.

The Quicken second-tier support…
The Quicken second-tier support representative was extremely patient and helpful, considering the complexities of my issue relating to the recent Schwab securities download in Quicken. She was able to to resolve my issue.

Quicken is outstanding product
I have been using quicken for many years and throughout there have been many useful upgrades. I started with basic product and now use deluxe for multiple accounts. I love this product. Hopefully one day windows will not have to be used to run full product
