I can not get the updated bank…
I can not get the updated bank information. It seams like there are so many places for pass words and just don't know what they are. I am really thinking of getting ride of quicken.

Over the many years - Top Notch!!
Over the many years, and it is MANY , Qicken personnel have demonstrated a level of excellence in all aspects of service to the needs of its customers. At 93, I have come to rely on Quicken for acting in my best interest in guiding me with time and advice that went beyond just the basics, in its concern for the customer.

I've been using Quicken since it came out. I've seen bugs come and go. I've dealt with misleading instructions. But, no other financial 'aid' product has ever come close to the power of Quicken.

Sorry, but I am so confused. All I want from Quicken is to be able to list my expenses and figure out how much I spend each month on each category. I used to be able to do this but with the up grades there is too much extras and to many changes. I just want a basic word processing, not extras. I don't know who to contact to explain this and get what I want, so my computer is all mixed up with too many downloaded Quicken programs. Please help me. Joann

Quicken slow and prone to error messages
Quicken has become very slow and prone to frequent error messages. It now takes me 10-15 to update my accounts, where it used to take only a few minutes.
