Average1. Tools -> Manage Bills and Income Reminders Some Bills do not get entered into the Cash Account in Quicken. I have to manually enter them. This does not seem correct to me.2. I do like the Investment Portfolio display. It will help me with our Taxes.3. I do like the Reports Feature.4. I do like the ability to manage the Accounts, Category and Securities List

When I download my investment accounts…
When I download my investment accounts to Quicken their balances do not reflect the numbers on the website. For example, my Vanguard account is shown as a negative number. It is not negative. This has been consistent over the last ten years that I have been downloading the status in Quicken.It is also frustrating when you go to download an account and Quicken no longer associates the download with your existing account. This has happened several times with USAA and American Express.

I won't forgive or forget that a Quicken "support" person hung up on me at the end of my first sentence after I had been waiting about 15 minutes for someone at Quicken to pick up the phone.

update has caused nothing but problems
update has caused nothing but problems. I have Schwab accts. and still can't download transactions. I've called Quicken and held for 10 min. and finally hung up
