The advisor was quick in guiding me
The advisor was quick to steer me through various subjects. Tailoring answers to meet my needs as most of QB’s was set up so we dealt with detailed specifics which she was excellent at helping with. One subject was not her specialist area and so following the call I was set a bunch of links on this and other helpful topics. Also, there was no issue with us running over time - thank you

I was having issues uploading a bank…
I was having issues uploading a bank file. Quickbooks helped me by opening quickbooks in a different browser and then clearing the caches . I would not have known how to do this without their support.
