This review is for the excellent customer service advisor Sunny B who helped today with a VAT payment record issue. He took the time to listen to my problem, confirmed he understood the issue. Then through the screen share he confirmed again what the issue was and then explained/ guided me on how to fix the issue. He was knowledgeable on this and my issue was fixed within a couple of minutes.

I sent a request call back and didn't expect it to be almost instant. The lady Zainab listened to my problem and asked to share my screen. She talked me through what she was doing and I could tell as a qualified accountant for some 35+years that she knew what she was doing. She helped me disable MTD and resolved my VAT return problem... then she activated MTD again. I must say I have worked on a number of programs and none have given such a quick positive response to any of my queries. ...

I had a really good experience today as my call got connected straightaway. Although the issue I was experiencing rectified itself, it was reassuring that John was on the end of the phone. John also helped me to understand why when calling the helpline the system stated that my number was not recognised.

Customer service second to none
Within a few minutes a very helpful man called Issac called me to help with my problem of not being about to sinc my bank past January. We couldnt complete before I had to go to work and he said he would ring me back today at 830. On the dot he called and help me resolve my problem
