Great customer service.
I was stumped after trouble shooting everything I could see. So I requested a call back. I was promptly called, I explained what was happening and was shown how to sort out the problem in real time, clearly and politely and told to call any time for help and advice.

A great Quickbooks onboarding session
Just had an onboarding session with Rachelle who, as with all the Quickbook support, was SOOOO patient and very knowledgeable of the product. "Doing my accounts" generally makes me panic, froth at the mouth and causes my head to spin so I get frustrated trying to follow what I am to do when talking about a totally alien language!
