Quickbooks Induction Experience
Overall, I had a great experience with Phoebe during our induction call! She was really great at explaining the different functionalities within the software and made them simple and easy to understand. Moreover, she was very polite, courteous and her pleasant demeanour made our conversation fun and enjoyable! If I have any other issues I'd like support on, I would not hesitate to contact Phoebe again!

Outstanding support in everyway!
The support representative was truly outstanding! I had continuing issues with uploading bank transactions where by they kept being duplicated resulting in 1000's of incorrect transactions. The support I received to fix these issues were second to none, they spent hours going through every single transaction to rectify them. By far the best support i have ever gotten from a company!
