Great help desk service

Madeline was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took time to understand my question and sort out a solution, then allowed me to repeat everything to be sure I knew what I was doing. Followed up with helpful articles (which I had read on help but hadn't understood what they were telling me to do)
