The fact that i can get a human call…is great!!
The fact that i can get a human call within minutes is great . The customer service was very helpful and did not leave me until my problem was solved.

Great help desk service
Madeline was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took time to understand my question and sort out a solution, then allowed me to repeat everything to be sure I knew what I was doing. Followed up with helpful articles (which I had read on help but hadn't understood what they were telling me to do)

Good helpful and quick support provided…
Good helpful and quick support provided when I needed it. Using QuickBooks is quite refreshing and easy in comparison to my experience of using Xero.

Great accounting tool
I started using QuickBooks a couple of months ago when setting up my business. I have found it very intuitive and there are great resources available to help with any questions. My onboarding session was really helpful and gave me some next steps to work on.
