Super helpful!

Super helpful. Excellent service! Lovely guy with superb knowledge and the patience of a saint. Nigel could not have been more pleasant to deal with and he waited until he was sure our situation was resolved. We had no prior knowledge of a data switch, so could not have done it without him.
