Super helpful!
Super helpful. Excellent service! Lovely guy with superb knowledge and the patience of a saint. Nigel could not have been more pleasant to deal with and he waited until he was sure our situation was resolved. We had no prior knowledge of a data switch, so could not have done it without him. Possibly the best phone support I've ever had!

Great customer journey
The time and patience that Gareth put in to help me correct my balance spreadsheet, I am truly grateful. We were on the phone for over 3 hours and he still was able to have the patient and focus till the end. I am now confidence to continue this on my own.
