Perfect for my freelance needs
Quickbooks is much better suited to my needs as a freelancer compared to other bookkeeping software options. I also found the onboarding call to be extremely useful and Phoebe who helped me out was great.

Very good customer services
I spoke to an amazing lady in the customer service payroll department called June who went above and beyond and gave me a masterclass in Quickbooks, I learn't a lot in a short amount of time as she was exceptional at her job.

Tizina Pillsi was kind and patient and persevered until I was able to send FPS Previously I was told I cannot send the FPS due to the pension Sync and I had to log on the HMRC, download Basic tools and submit the correction Her knowledge should be shared with other members so that it saves frustration
