I had a problem with my banking app not connecting despite trying all suggestions online. I spoke to Quickbooks customer care and I was swiftly talked through solving my problem. The gentleman I spoke to was happy to help and polite throughout.

Efficient account recovery
The system was not sending a confirmation text to my mobile, so couldn't log in to my account. Neil dealt very efficiently with my request over the phone and I was able to reset the information and get back up and running with minimum hassle. Thank you!
