Quick response to my request for a call…
Quick response to my request for a call back to resolve a VAT issue (change from the VAT periods that had been previously set up on the system). Also, very helpful and pleasant response from Neil who helped me resolve the issue plus providing me with a link to get back to him if I ran into any further difficulties
