I am struggling quite a bit with this software (QBs Online Essential) after 11-12 years of using Desktop Pro. I spoke to 2 people at Intuit. They quickly understood my problems. And Joanne in particular guided me around the entry of transactions. I am sure I will need more help. I am confident that I will receive the help I need
