Good live chat (agent) support
Good live chat (agent) support. Had problems with a bank connection. Through screensharing was able to try various fixes but what really stood out was the patience of the support agent (Rachael) who continued to suggest alternative options. In the end managed to fix the problem via the mobile site. Frustrating to have the problem in the first place but glad to get it resolved
