Problem Solved so quickly
The lady I spoke to was really helpful and totally understood what I needed help with. She was able to put right a silly error I had made and make everything right. Having someone like that always on the end of the phone is one of the great things about Quick Books

Complicated issue sorted with ease

Fantastic support
Fantastic support. It was great being able to actually speak to someone - they were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I gained a huge amount of practical information from the session. I also recieved excellent after support.

John is super helpful and lovely to chat to :) he even remembered me from a couple of weeks ago when I was struggling to understand what I was doing. He’s very patient and understanding thanks John :) I really like the share screen feature it makes solving issues so much easier
