Princess is a great professional and was of great help
Princess has been very professional with me, took the time to attend my concern and clearly understood my requests. But more importantly, she read between the lines to know why I had book this appointment : to be reassured about what I was doing. Very helpful phone call
The Quick Books lady I spoke to was very helpful. I was about to throw my laptop out the window cos HMRC website was playing up!! Sally calmed me down and answered my query.

Quality of some agents in qb is first class
My first call was the general call centre that couldn't answer my query and after 30mins of passing the ball I got through to the uk call centre - Vee was absolutely superb and knew qb functionality like the back of her hand - all queries sorted
