Been with Quickbooks since 2016
Been with Quickbooks since 2016 - When I have an issue - approx. once a year - usually when we have paid 100%vat upfront for a machine or vehicle and I need to match the 100% to the vat for payment. The help I receive within 2-3 mins of making the call is exceptional. I have just got off the phone with Pietro in technical who has just helped me match a couple of 100% vat transactions, He was very professional and clear with his instructions and an absolutely pleasure to deal with.
