Quickbooks really is Quick
Vincent made the onboarding with Quickbooks extremely simple. I was able to create sample information and delete it after so that we could walk through the steps needed. With other packages I have use this would have cause major hassle but quickbooks lived up to its name and it was gone with a simpe delete. If you are looking to save time on your accounting this is the fastest system I have used so far.

Vat return problem
I had a vat problem with the return I was making and got it sorted quickly but when I continued after hanging up I had another problem and spoke to another lady and poor soul she had a long job that time but she was very patient with me and she got it sorted I am not very computer savvy so her patience was greatly appreciated both ladies are an asset to your company as I could not ask for any better service thanks again

Wonderful customer service
The gentleman (Salman) who helped me with a pension query from their help centre was so kind and patient with me and took me through all of the steps needed to sync Nest with Quickbooks. He also helped me with another query that I had. Thank you Salman.
