First time I've had to use Support for QuickBooks On-line. Logged an incident and received the requested call-back within the promised 5 minute deadline. Joss was extremely patient and although unable to define the exact root cause, methodically led me through a series of complex troubleshooting steps which ultimately resolved the issues. Quick book support service.

I have been using QuickBooks on line for about two years now. A very clear and user friendly interface. Their customer support is very good and efficient. The call you back very quickly and they are very helpful. A lot of other companies should take notice ( Sky, O2 etc)
