Billing Transfer Problem with a cancelled client
Lisa Maclean was excellent helping me with my query. She listened, was very patient and worked through the steps with me to rectify problem. She also provided useful & helpful advice when I sought further assistance with another client for whom I am both admin and accountant.

The chat function is really great
