Having spoke to someone yesterday regarding an issue in Payroll and being unable to complete the suggested solution, I phoned again today and spoke to Paul M, who was so reassuring and went through the whole process step by step and resolved the issue within 10 minuets. I was able to speak to an operative…
I was able to speak to an operative swiftly, the queries with CIS were resolved with a simple fix and then I was assisted through to payroll who were equally as knowledgeable and helpful in resolving this issue relating to pension submissions. Please do introduce a bulk email feature for issuing CIS certs as other software providers, this method is painstakingly slow.
