I find the QuickBooks software…
I find the QuickBooks software confusing and clumsy and after several hours trying to record expenses on the VAT return, requested a phone call.This happened within five minutes and Vee talked me through the process. She was brilliant - efficient, gracious, patient and I am extremely grateful for her time and help.

Quickbooks Desktop 2014, 2015, 2018 Activation
I have used Quickbooks Desktop 2014, 2015 and 2018 as a Company before 2017 and personally since end 2017. I had some issue with activating the product as system crashes in Africa are frequent due to power outages etc. Calling Quickbooks each time is cumbersome. This was my second time to use this activation process and each time it was a question of several attempts. This was my second attempt to activate.
